and naturally urgent support calls are addressed immediately
and given priority. Most support calls are handled
over the phone and also can be addressed via remote
support, where the help desk support will login
to the client computer and operate the machine
as if they were sitting in front of it. Thus quite
often eliminating the need for slow and costly on
site support.
